Hey Blues Fans - Help Us Find the Blues Jams!
IllinoisBlues.com wants to provide a list of all the weekly Blues jams that occur in YOUR area. If there is a club in a town near you where blues musicians get together to jam on a regular basis, we want to include it on a Blues Jams page.
For example, there is a GREAT Sunday afternoon Blues Jam from 4pm to 8pm at Shenanigan's (Formerly Stagger Inn) at 512 Court St in Pekin, IL. This Blues fan attended last week and it is amazing how much talent there is in that small town community. These guys really play the Blues.
There is also a Blues Jam that has been going for 8 years straight each Wednesday evening from 8:30PM to 12:30 AM at the Silver Dollar Saloon in Peoria Heights. IL. At both of these there is a "House" band that starts it off for a few songs and then musicians just bring their AX and jam with the House band or other musicians who show up.
These jams exist everywhere in towns near YOU!
